i would like to see the contestants, the female judge take on a smaller male. I think you'll see he is fast but stronger… So i doubt they can really fight off or just run away. This big guy just lays on the women, he really isnt attacking. i want to see the attacker really throw some punches or kicks

@leoh1191 says:

lets be honest.. this literally shows multiple years of martial arts does little to really nullify a bigger, stronger male attacker…
Mind you.. a male with no training.. mind you a male attacker that didnt really attack.

@couldntsay02 says:

Once again… the men take it super easy and don't actually show them what it would be like. Not to mention the women will gas out before the guy. And its hilarious how they aren't even using their training, they're just freaking and spazzing. Annnd these women would be hurting their hands and elbows on the guys head… not the other way around. In short… they're worthless at fighting and defending themselves.

@dominiquedoeslife says:

You’re right, bud, it’s 1:3 women. I’ve studied a variety of martial arts and weapons since I was around 6 years old, and I’m not gonna lie, I’ve had fun with some attackers as a muscular, 6’1” grown woman lol. Got to do modeling and fighting.

@OakInch says:

Why aren't the guys hitting them? If they want to do it, and let the girls use strikes, do it right.

@originalloverman says:

this was very good watch and put things into prospective on what can happen when you arnt prepared. i wish more girls and ladies try these type of things

@light1967 says:

The MMA practitioner nailed it. Not enough damage, too hung up in grappling. Still taking sport skills to self-defense. This is why I prefer Kali, Serrada Escrima and Silat. More knees and elbows striked.

Numerous times in the clenches, when they were being held up, they could have been driving knees and elbows into these guys. When the "self-defense" girl was standing over the guy and she was hitting with a fist in the back of the neck, she should have been doing a downward elbow right into his skull, knees to his face.

And this is the thing about martial arts training that they don't get through to most people, that this is not a sport. If you're defending yourself, you need to be damaging everything that comes towards you. No submission holds, none of that b*******. Damage, damage, damage, damage. You make them pay for every inch they try to take towards you. Nose, eyes, balls, ear strikes. Soft tissue.

My Sifu / Guru had us roll on cement, and do standing breakfalls on asphalt. The goal to train you so that you do not want to ever get caught in that position. If you don't train like it's real life, you're not going to be pulling it off in the streets.

Not to mention a lot of these scenarios, you're not just taking on one person. So, while you're tied up with one person doing restraining holds, the rest of them are kicking your skull in. This is where Kali and Serrada Escrima fit in nicely.

My Sifu / Guru once did a training demo with some CHP officers in California. Most of the officers were large guys confident that they could get their guns out before my teacher could reach them. The whole thing was videotaped. My teacher wiped the floor with these guys.They couldn't get their guns out before they were on the floor or flying through the air. My Sifu / Guru did a sweeping Silat throw and literally sent a cop pinwheeling through the air.

The only CHP officer that could get their gun out in time was the 5'5" female officer, and she was as quick as Doc Holiday. Because she knew her life depended on it.

@rydelredekop says:

Yeah I didn't love how the attackers worked here, they slowed themselves down but still showed MMA knowledge , like the attacker knowing the girl does judo and was so ready to reverse the hip toss

@erikenn says:

Those "attackers" were very polite.

@Aaron-d7b8k says:

yawn

@FhargaZ says:

The dudes had some training in not hurting the women.hate those AI thumbnails in the original video, just use the regular footage.

@davidecappelli9961 says:

The MMA fighter lacks both grappling and boxing skills. Women rely too much on kicks. Kicking is ok but it’s not enough. As to punching the face: it works, but you can break your hand, especially your dominant hand and compromise your ability to everything. Outside running.

@bobchester1568 says:

Alright, watched the first fighter and she did exactly what she trained to do. Unfortunately, that isn't going to save you. She fought like she was in the octagon and there are rules. There ain't any rules on the street. We all default to our level of training. If your fight training is all about techniques within a rules set, if you are attacked you will fall back onto your training and if that training doesn't include techniques that fall outside of sport fighting rules you are handicapping yourself.

@bobchester1568 says:

Okay, I've only watched the first two attacks and I'm wondering why no nut shots? The first push attack should have been countered by a shin to the nuts then an escape or if confined e flurry of kicks while the attacker is on the ground. The bear hug is much harder. How about a head butt. She would have caught him right in the mouth/nose. Or once when was on the ground and he had her back she only had to reach up between her legs and grab his nuts. This is fight for your life. There ain't no rules.

@mrneonsplat says:

One main technique that is getting those thumbs into their attackers eyes and pushing in until the tips of their thumbs touch the back of the head. Yes they might be able to grab each hand with theirs, and that's fine if both their hands are occupied holding theirs then theirs aren't being used to assault or undress them.

@skyfaller-p2p says:

In reality, she would have gotten one punch to the face and that would have been the end of it.

@Planetdune says:

Should do these simulations without protective gear. Actually feeling pain changes your reactions.

@cityhunterinak says:

ok i want to share this cause it wasnt rape but its close in my mind i am a male school bus driver for special needs kids one day like 2017 i get to my behavior high school early i park then i hear banging at my door its a female student of mine crying her eyes out i open the door she just books it to her seat i wave off the security then go back there I'm thinking there was a fight i go and say hey you dont have to tell me what happened but i'll do what i can to help it takes like 2 mins for her to get to a point where she can talk and she tells me she was in science class and her teacher notices her wearing a pink leather choker with a silver heart well he brings it up to the whole class by asking if shes in to BDSM does she know what a collar means is she a sub or slave if shes owned or not and other really bad things and this is a late 30s early 40s male teacher asking a 15 or 16 year old SPECIALNEEDS girl this so she just decided to run he grabbed for her wrist but she twisted out and ran and she thought she was going to be in trouble for it well I written it up on a report and stayed at work an extra hour to make sure my manger read the report that day the next day after dropping off the kids i went in to talk to the principal i go in she was like oh your the driver dont worry i read your report she is not in trouble and we suspended the teacher till we investigate found out a few days later that he got suspended for a month i wanted him fired but someone was like its really hard to get normal teachers let alone special ed teachers

@1eyejackffs934 says:

I can't see the video well enough to know the answer to this question so I am asking, did the men in these attacks go at the women with the veracity that an actual sexual predator would? Were they throwing punches and fighting dirty, like a real scumbag who would actually violently attack a woman would? Or were they holding back?

@Icantthinkofone-y2p says:

They should have actually used an untrained guy.

@WhyNeke says:

The Naruto techniques are going hard in this one, lol.

@Zara-tt7rh says:

This really shows that the only option is to kick the guy, hope he doesn’t grapple you, and run away.

@spiritedamore1676 says:

The thing is,these men are holding back. They don't want to hurt the women.

@matthewhurt2608 says:

They should have used padded untrained guys to make this more realistic. Or at least guys whose backgrounds is only street fighting and no formal training. That’s what most women are normally attacked by.
