All unconstitutional laws should be abolished. Better to be judged by 12 than buried by 6. Laws that give the unlawful an unlawful advantage upon the lawful are unconstitutional. You have the right to exercise your constitutional rights with impunity and without restrictions or requirements.

Criminals, especially in California and NY city, have the upper hand against law abiding criminals. I live in Michigan and without a CCW you have to have your weapon separated and apart. You have no chance against an armed criminal
