DALE thebelldiver says:

With the amount of prescription drugs which are psychotropic in nature the
chances of an encounter is far more probable than not and in any area not
just an area know to be dangerous. This video really makes me think of
the reality of home defense as none other have.

If a criminal didn’t leave a note in his room saying he intended to rob
xyz; then, who would know he was at your house anyway? AND IF YOU DONT
CALL 911 who is to say he was ever there except you or your wife or who
ever might be there.

I would suggest having a pow wow with her this day. Tell anyone there to
keep their mouth shut and get rid of the dead moron to save your home and
family life from the not so justice; justice system. IF YOU KILL A RAT in
the house what’s the difference? You don’t call 911 do you? You have
only killed a rat that can still destroy you from the other side as
effectively as if he was still holding you hostage.

IT would be much easier keeping that a secret than spending 4 to 8 years
in the can and losing everything; your home, job, money, plus your wife to
the cops who are taking turns on her if she’s hot. Oh yeah; they will
target her and be using your towels to wipe up while you are in the can.
lol . Most wives are too stupid to realize the chain of events and will
call 911. They will be out and you will be in the can because it was your
obligation to protect the home. Always have a his and her gun set and both
of you pop a cap in the perp. Even at that; 90% of the time the Women will
betray their husbands because they think they have to or are doing the
right thing. They will call 911 almost no matter what you say because they
are generally and completely brain washed. I think; this is something you
really need to discuss and plan out in case it ever happens. Just like a
fire drill. Who does the carving and grinding and who does the flushing.

You know who sets this kind of thinking in motion? the US GOVERNMENT AND
THEIR F’ed up laws to take what you have and do to you; far worse damage
than the MF’er you might have killed. That; is what blows my mind.

If I’m robbed or assaulted in such a way and I’m forced to use deadly force
I WILL KNOW RIGHT THEN; I have just brought down the entire US GOVERNMENT
DOWN ON MY HEAD AND LIFE. NO F’n way that’s happening.

HOW MANY GUYS OR WOMEN are sitting in prison because they were forced to
use a weapon called 911 and became the felon? became the labeled criminal
because they had 8 bullets instead of 5 or had did some crap which broke
their rules? Your lawyer talks you into pleading guilty to a lessor
FELONY charge and get 1 to 5 instead of a mandatory 20.

Now; if you have a gun you are a felon so you no longer have the right to
defend yourself from any attack. NO WAY! NO F’n way!

This man has the ONLY video on youtube On this subject, That KNOWS What
he`s talking about. REAL, SOUND ADVICE.

satchmodan says:

This is excellent advice! You should NEVER talk to the police. A great book
on this subject is “Arrest-Proof Yourself” by Dale C. Carson and Wes
Denham.

Mike S says:

I was once arrested for something I didn’t do, fortunately I was with two
friends the whole time the crime happened, but I was still in and out of
court for six months. And cooperating with the cops, one of whom acted very
friendly, accomplished nothing. They lied and said they believed me and if
I cooperated and talked with them they’d let me go. After about an hour
long talk they arrested me and I sat in jail over the entire weekend. I
think it was because they wanted to make an arrest right or wrong. DO NOT
TRUST POLICE. I completely agree with everything this video says. I heard a
lawyer on a radio talk show say the same thing. Police are human, they are
prone to all of the human failings, most notably lying and falsifying data,
and making mistakes, like misremembering. NEVER TRUST THE POLICE. Sure
there are some good ones out there, but do you want to roll the dice on
your future when it’s a high stakes situation? Not me.

Handcannon72Vet says:

Necessary. That word is Written by myself, On the front of my Conceal carry
Texas Handgun Law Hand Book That the State Sends you when you ask for an
CHL (Concealed Handgun License) Application. Along with ALL the other
fingerprint cards Passport Photo card etc.
WAS IT Without ANY Doubt, “NECESSARY” To use your weapon. But, I will add.
You need to ask yourself “Is this worth going to prison over” The Situation
will answer that question FOR YOU in a nano-Second. Die, or Jail. I`ll take
Jail.Simply pointing a gun at someone DOES NOT, Always work. If you believe
it will, You have been watching too much T.V.

Gregg H says:

“Despite Salinas remaining silent is still much better than saying anything
at all.” I mostly agree. Post Salinas, specifically invoking the 5th (and
Alito implied that you actually have to say “fifth amendment”) might offer
you more protection than simply standing mute. But point taken. Who is
really going to have the knowledge and presence of mind to correctly speak
the magical incantation, “I invoke my fifth amendment right to remain
silent?”

Gregg H says:

“What you don’t say can’t be used against you.” 11:32 Not anymore. With
Salinas v. Texas the Supreme Court has continued its mission of stripping
away the Bill Of Rights.

kldimond says:

Hmmm. Well, this is certainly unusual advice. I have a lot of respect for
this gentleman, but I’m not endorsing what he says. I’m also not calling it
less than good advice. All I know is that this makes a lot of sense despite
being much, much less given than to say, “I feared so I fired” and THEN
shut up. As I said, it makes a heckuva lot of sense. Partly because of the
somewhat controversialish aspect of it, and partly because of its
sensibility, I’ve decided to add it to favorites.

Crimefile News says:

Despite Salinas remaining silent is still much better than saying anything
at all. As for our Bill of Rights it has been dying because Americans won’t
fight for it. Most Americans can’t even read the sacred document to even
understand it…

Gabe D says:

You should make some more advice videos.

Crimefile News says:

There is NOTHING unusual about remaining silent during a police
investigation. Ask any lawyer.

ebarnabas says:

grab anything and everything you think may be considered evidence and then
take it to your lawyers office ASAP so that the lawyer can then make the
call for you? Awesome

Crimefile News says:

Remember I said leave to scene? Id stay gone… They cant violate your
rights unless they can confront you…
