I don't think it's right to offer my help to the police in this situation. If the man can free himself and pulls out a knife or something, it is better to be far away.
JUST THINK HOW MUCH HE IMPROVED JUST DOING WHAT EVER AND REALLY NOT HONING HIS SKILL LEVEL TO RETURN TO THE JOB . THAT DONT MAKE SENSE , HIS SKILL LEVEL AFTER A YEAR WOUL BE NON-EXISTANT , IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE GONE IN THIS VID.
The public at large needs to learn that answering some questions is fine and we need to stop saying "they don't have the right". But Cops need to stop shooting people for ticketable offenses. Stop with the copsplaining and lectures. While John says the public needs to just take the ticket, Cops just need to just write the ticket and move on. If the public person is yelling at you, you as the cop need to just take it, talk to someone if you need and stop getting your feelings hurt. This shows also that women are not equal to men and the lack of physical attributes is a serious issue if you are able to be placed in these situations. These are all just examples of complete escalation on both sides.
WHAT GOT ME WAS THE LACK OF LOUD VERBAL COMMANDS . NEITHER OF THESE POLICE HAD A PLAN BECAUSE NO ONE COMMUNICATED AT ALL OR TOO LITTLE TOO LATE . AND LEARN PAIN COMPLIANCE HOLDS , CARRY PEPPERSPRAY .

LOL, 99% of the time, no matter how outrageous the police conduct, they're found "not guilty"….the 1% of the time they're held accountable is only when the incident gets relentless widespread national coverage for strictly political reasons.

This would have never happened if the female cop could have helped at all in the wrestling match. 2 male cops and the guy would have never been shot.
