I struggle with why you would show this awful thing…How on earth is this offering any lesson in self defense …if this guy had a gun it would not have made any difference. This is hopeless and I don’t need to see it on the eve of Easter 😢
I have a gun at home, but I refuse to carry a gun on the streets because I feel the law is not on our side when we defend our selves. So, those of us that don't carry a gun outside our homes are left to the mercy of the criminals. Thanks to the court system we are screwed.
It's not really about hiding it as a mugging to Police. It's more about, he's already been paid, he's about to get paid even more (robbing the guy) and it calms the victim down thinking it'll all be over to stop him from trying anything (It's clearly a hit)
It's easy to miss, but the thief in the video had an accidental discharge. He intended to continue forcing the victim to empty his other pockets and accidently pulled the trigger when trying to intimidate him. His shock reaction after pulling the trigger, looking at the handgun and processing what he just did then quickly fleeing without going through the man's pockets, shows he was in panic.
Maybe this is a good video to add that "Compliance Isn't a Foolproof Approach, Even from Accidents"
I think this might be more common than we think. If he gets caught, his defense will be accidental discharge. It won't matter because he won't be believed.
Not everyone who is a thief is a murderer. Accidentally killing someone is not the same as murder, and it might be easier for the victims family to know that this wasn't "a senseless killing"
This is one of the best channels on youtube for analyzing crime, I think this is the first time I've ever noticed something missed in the analysis. I think it would be hard to do these videos for as long as John the channel owner has been doing them. I probably would have missed this myself if I was constantly seeing the horrors of the world everyday like John does. Sadness, grief, hopelessness etc. It's a heart issue. Tough to endure. John has changed over time. Like soldiers who went to war and came home.
Greetings from Moon Valley John. Thank You for sticking with the channel. It's has been a huge teaching tool for me to use with my family.
It’s a shame the license plates on those vehicles have been blurred out, that would’ve been a way to identify where this happened. I don’t know but this seems to me like a sicario job trying to make it look like a robbery.

That was a hit made to look like a robbery gone wrong.

The victim was dead in just 6 seconds definitely looks like a hit with the perp waiting for him in a parked car
Which is crazy American government been making defenders out to be the bad guys
Its a targeted violence..The Perp made it look like a robbery
Stephanie is awesome! Thanks for another great video 😁🇺🇲

That's not a silencer people. It's a pistile extension, because he wasn't feeling like a big enough man.
maybe the victim was older than the other guy
You wonder if this was a hit on this guy.
There's nothing you can do in this situation
That was an assassination.
Frickn nuts
Hit for sure
Es en Colombia
I think that's a hitman using "mugger" as a disguise.
