In Europe and in particular in Serbia where I am at, gun laws are very strict, and self defense is almost impossible to prove. I was getting a license to participate in IPSC, the instructor was a former cop, he explained "as gun owners you are held to a much higher standard, you are 3rd class citizen now. But if it comes down to it, I will always rather go to prison than a grave". We have had a university professor, shooting a man who broke into his appartment, he shot him twice and was charged with attempted murder, because the burglar did not have a gun. The law basically prevents you from shooting anyone UNLESS THEY FIRED A SHOT AT YOU. Mindboglingly stupid.
But yes the owner in the video went way too far, the situation was done, this is not the USA, there was no need for that.
The censorship on this place is evil – it censors the R word and the K..l word – in other words this place wants to pretend that those words do not exist and that it's just OK to go ahead and do it because people won't talk about it. I see a lot of other comments censored for the same reason.

He’s a dad, defending his family and his business, who pursued after the threat had ended. Looks bad to me.
It’s a coin flip but you have to clearly beat the champion to become the champion and the dad is the clear champion.
