Thnx. I really try to avoid a knife fight at all costs, because there is a good chance I will get cut. Many years ago, I trained with Steve Tarani, SouthNarc and Ernie Emerson. An edge weapon can be very deadly to encounter. Even with a holstered weapon, you need to mantain a 21 ft. distance and practice the 'Tueller Drill' created by Dennis Tueller.
Would I be better off without a knife? Then I can parry and trap with either hand and counter with the other as the opponent’s knife may change from one hand to the other. This assumes a certain skill level, but does it make sense?
Love your teachings thank you for these videos and as I have said before you remind me of my Teakwondo training and remind to keep training and bettering myself again thank you

Good overview. Basic movement patterns applicable to so many other martial arts.
Where do I get one of those knives you are using? I’ve been wanting to train on my knife defense and attacks.
You’ve lived up to your second name g. Much love
