Judging by the bystanders, haste 🤷♂️, to get out of the line of fire… this is a common occurrence in that country. This is becoming more prevalent here in the U.S. with the millions of illegal aliens from those countries.
If he was a civilian he could have left after dropping the bike or gone back to the fight that’s his call either way but if he’s an off duty cop then he’s just doing his job and could he have lived with himself if he let theses armed thugs go and they clipped a civilian?
Well… I know you have said in the past we don't defend property, we only defend our lives. But…. Property often is your livelihood. If you lose a $3000 motorcycle you need for work that is gonna have an impact. Therefore I see no problem with him protecting and defending his hard earned property.
Howdy John, great video! Quick question: Setting the law aside for a moment, what would you have done in this situation, assuming you've gotten off the moto and are trekkin' it? Would you have turned back on them, or would you have just escaped? Personally, in this situation I never would have come back, I would have just kept running if I got away with my health.
You’re on the fence with this shooting even though the perpetrators were running away. But you didn’t think the cop who shot Takiya Young was justified. Pretty inconsistent.
Here in the U.S. if you automatically assume you’re being robbed or attacked by two men on a motorcycle you’re likely going to be charged with hate crimes if you shoot them.😂
Ah Brazil where bad guys only attack off duty police while unemployed humans are all around neither off duty or bad guys and the cameras are perfectly recording all angles.. maybe they’re trapped in a simulation?
"When seconds count, the police are only minutes away"
Brazilian Off-Duty Cop: "Hold my beer"
He's a cop, his duty is to go back. He ran off so he could get a better plan of attack.
Yea I think it was ok. They could of just not stole from the wrong person😂…Now you're gone forever…
Bottom line a criminal that drops is a criminal that doesn't come back
Officer was lucky he manged to get to safety , that was a long retreat time
Guys were pointing guns at him when he drew on them.
Hes an off duty in brazil he can do what he wants LOL
Seems there's only 2 groups in Brazil….. criminals, and off duty cops
Can we apply Tennesse Vs. Gardner here?

He’s a police officer!
Letting gun carrying felons go ? Don’t know about that, they are armed & dangerous & are on a mission. Protecting the public should be a priority.

He didn't run away, that was a tactical retreat while getting his next move ready <3
Lucky for a by stander he was not hit by stray bullets
Who’s on the ground blurred at the bottom of the final frame?
Jesus stop that disgusting „chef‘s kiss“ as a compliment vor killing people.
So unprofessional

Only in America defending yourself is so complicated. The defender rally back on the criminal and the criminal lost the fight .
Why so many moto robbers down there?

If you are carrying a readied weapon you are threat. Period.
Look at that beard so majestic
In America no, but foreign countries like Brazil give defenders more BALLS!

Surprised that bystanders suspension could withstand the weight of his cast iron balls. Robbery in progress and he just slowly meanders through.
