How to get comfortable being uncomfortable. Create inconvenience and setback in an exercise. Kick yourself safe from a standing rear body lock with two attackers (aggressors). If you think you can survive a violent act without violence you’ve already lost. When it comes to self defense, it is better to have the power and not need it, than to need it and not have it. The bear hug from behind (body lock, rear assault) technique is extremely dangerous simply because it is so widely used by attackers around the world. If you find yourself in a fair street fight, your tactics suck. The most devastating shots to absorb are the shots that you do not expect. Training combat readiness, situational awareness, high stress reaction, emergency readiness mindset, controlled aggression, front push kicks for devastating and nasty damage to the body of the attacker. With today’s ‘abhorrence’ you have to bite off a little not to let yourself be waltzed over. So that requires self-confidence. Immobilize and damage your attacker or oponent in a street fight. Also a nice and fun exercise to train combat readiness, also called combat readiness or warrior mindset. But also certainly training your resourcefulness (ingenuity) and your emergency preparedness mindset. Ook een mooie en leuke oefening om de gevechtsbereidheid te trainen, ook wel combat readiness genoemd of warrior mindset. Maar ook zeker het trainen van je vindingrijkheid en je mentaliteit van voorbereiding op noodsituaties. Machen Sie Ihren Angreifer oder Gegner in einem Straßenkampf bewegungsunfähig und beschädigen Sie ihn. Auch eine schöne und unterhaltsame Übung zum Trainieren der Kampfbereitschaft, auch Kampfbereitschaft oder Kriegermentalität genannt. Aber sicherlich auch das Trainieren Ihres Einfallsreichtums und Ihrer Mentalität für die Vorbereitung auf Notfälle.
