Attitude. Skills. Plan.
He was totally within his rights to take action. Once that dude initiated the assault by hitting his arm to get the phone out of his hand, he was correct in taking action to prevent another assault. And I agree, if this guy had it to do over again he would not have initiated this confrontation over something so ridiculous. Move on people! All this got him was his lights punched out. Totally not worth it.
Just saying. The dude shouldn’t have slapped the phone out of the dudes hand. That’s a natural reaction to most people to punch an idiot that smacks at you. That dude had it coming.
Lol 😂 now his lady wants to intervene and play the victim. He jumped out the tough guy and Your lady thought she had a bad ass boyfriend till than. Lmao He knocked on the door and somebody answered it. He learned a lesson that is now on the internet now. lol YAAASS! Bet you he's all humble now! 🤣😂
We live in the age of the internet where people think they can say and do whatever to people and there’s no consequences. Well guess what there isn’t a screen between me and you. I’m all for punching people that assault you first
That will probably learn him some respect for his elders

FYI: Harrison, Arkansas was made infamous by their racist billboards supporting the KKK. Harrison sucks!
I don't think he will face criminal issues but he might have to deal with civil issues.
His beard wrote a check that his brain could cash…

After the hospital, bet dude went home and tweeted how he was assaulted for no reason.
This is a good assessment. Fd around and found out.
It sucks that he had to have a seizure. He is in the wrong for slapping the phone.
And he should expect the other person to defend themselves.
He asked for it.
