Welcome to Episode 4 of the Women’s Self Defense Championship (WSDC) – a unique reality competition where four contestants from different backgrounds face realistic self-defense scenarios inspired by real-life encounters.
Throughout the championship, the contestants are challenged physically and mentally while being evaluated by expert judges on their awareness, decision-making, technique, and ability to protect themselves under pressure. Every scenario is an opportunity to learn, improve, and earn points toward becoming the first-ever Women’s Self Defense Champion.
This isn’t about who can fight the hardest – it’s about making the right decisions when it matters most.

It was amazing to see how Migle's self-confidence and skill improved just from being surrounded by trained practitioners. One must wonder what inspires "haters" to critisize women's self defense – who would be AGAINST that? Certainly not innocents…
From a self defense standpoint I think this was easily the most important season. The other seasons answer popular "what if" scenarios that get debated online and they get tackled by entertaining people in a spectacle way. But this season highlighted grounded scenarios with contestants who actually represent the people most likely to experience them.
Crazy thing about the United States, despite touting itself as being a place of freedom, many places do NOT allow anyone, even women, to carry pepper spray! It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!
