I remember a friend of mine doing some of these during Karate practice and they didn't do a thing to me one night, then when he tried it again the next week, they were unbearably painful. Not sure if it is because there is a low margin for error in these techniques or i was just… weird that night.
This is good for desclating on situations like with a coworker, a loved one, situations where emotions are high but a little bit of pain can get people to realize how they're behaving. If they continue after, then the more drastic measures like going for the eyes or the nose

Omg I love these videos, short, to the point and useful 💙
the guy getting pressed r.i.p
I just did the one by the elbow on myself. Yes. OUCH.
You could use the pressure point to get them to let go, and then follow it up with a punch or a kick, perhaps?

"That really, really causes a lot of pain" Proceeds to do it again. Bro's just torturing the guy.
Everything added up, no matter where they hold you, just kick up between the legs, no matter the sex of the attacker
Bro has every right to start his villain arc😭
bros pain tolerance is so much better than mine
Me testing these on myself as he goes along😭

I don't get it – the second one is pulling their ears forward??
I tried these but they don't work…. I can't identify exactly where…. Please show better closer more precisely where….
That arm point could also be really helpful for people who are much shorter and being pinned so they can’t easily reach the face
My first instinct in your first scenario would have been a straight closed fist to the 'suprasternal notch' 🙂
I was taught the jaw bit by the army as a medic, to force open the jaw for intubation
My buddy experienced something worse than ancient torture, justice for punching bag😢
Es español, que locura
