Anger is all over the place these days, so is craziness, stupidity, and all kinds of bad stuff and you can easily get into a confrontation you have to have self control and just walk away, get away, run away do whatever you can to distance yourself and let it go don't carry a bad attituide around or take it bake home and saying to yourself I should've did this or done that be glad that you were able to stay out of someones mess!!!!
Yeah, guy in grey shirt needs to be arrested for assault. He was the aggressor. The guy in black was digressing. This being in CA, im sure PD caught up with them later.
Deterrence = shifting the crime to attack your neighbors instead of you "get outta here, go away" phrase prevention = having the police catch the criminal "get on the ground" phrase
And yes civilians are allowed to give a command, they just cannot enforce the command; meaning civilians have to let them go if they choose to disobey an order since only cops can enforce legal commands.
So funny thing about california knife law. ANY concealed fixed blade is illegal. However if you open carry a blade on a holster or if it is a non-assisted folding knife it can be any length. A freaking sword is legal but a 3.5 inch assisted blade is not. This is my understanding. I do live in cali.

Picking a fight and being rude to someone because you have a gun shows that you are a loser who is just a coward if you don't have a gun. The guy with the gun looks like he was waiting for a victim. This means that anyone can become a victim.
A couple years ago I was exiting my car at night, going into a store and a truck with at least 3 young males shouted, "Nice a** baby, I'd like to fu$# it all night"! I knew if I yelled anything back or just flipped them the bird, they would've stopped, gotten out and came at me . I was carrying my usual Shield Plus 9mm. They would have come at me, and 3 against 1 I could have legally defended myself. So what did I do? I ignored them and walked into the store. Lesson learned… As John always says, your ego is not your amigo. Words to live by.

I live in commifornia, and just by the way the ccw holder handels the situation, he's most likely going to loose his ccw permit for instigating
