+Get Germanized Are my eyes going wonky or do you have blue in your hair??

Aaron Leib says:

Would the paintball gun laws be the same for airsoft? I assume so because its basically the same thing, just without the paint. haha

Ebheron says:

Weapons that are legal on Germany: pretty much everything made by Jorg Sprave.

I couldn't recommend his channel enough if you want to know more about German gun and weapons law!

William Parker says:

Well i guess this means i have to leave my bazooka at home when i visit Germany. 😏

Nicholas VanZant says:

What about like pocket knives?

Ahmed Abdo says:

Ok, that basically means that almost all weapons are verboten in Deutschland unless you got a license for it
This subject came recently into my mind so thanks for this informative video

sichverteidigen says:

wtf? I would NOT feel safe in germany. I will stay here where we have( stand your ground law.) Look it up.

KartoffelHundin says:

Many women are now carrying pepper spray or bear spray due to the increase in sexual assault in recent years.

Huey Iroquois says:

In Ohio, I heard a guy on the bus say that when he was going home from a paintball game, he asked the driver whether he could take his paintball gun on the bus, and he took it out of the bag to show her that it was just a paintball gun. When he got to his destination, the police were waiting for him. WTF is wrong with people these days?😵

wakka chaka says:

Seems ridiculous that a government would be able say I can't defend my life. Self defense is a basic human right.

TheFireSwordGod says:

Ummm. If you don't have a small weapons license then how can you carry it from A store to your house….. I know that must sound stupid but I am actually thinking on how. What if you get stopped when you are walking to your house right after buying it?

Mo inmt says:

Good god, you ppl need to get that hag out of office, and change your laws! Those are the most ridiculous laws I have ever heard of. No damned wonder you're overrun with Rapefugees!
Tell me what will you do when all those invaders start bringing out ALL those weapons from the basements of mosques Israel has provided them with. Surely you know the jews haven't given up on taking Germany completely down? They've just sent you their minions from the middle east.
It will be wholesale slaughter of good German people once again.

Squirmin Herman the one eyed German says:

Thanks, this was very informative! I live in Georgia and i have never left home without a pocket knife the last 30 years! Only had to use it on someone a couple of times (for protection) but mostly its because im an outdoorsman and have a use for one constantly ✌☮🇩🇪

Kilian Hübner says:

lol Kerbal Space Programm background music 😀

JWelchon says:

Here in Missouri, they finally quit beating their heads against the gun control wall and said any non-felon can pack. On person or in the car. One needs a conceal carry permit to be legal in other states. Like Kansas which is about a mile from me. Just want to mention that I enjoy your videos very much. I turned a German friend of mine on to your channel and she is highly entertained by it. Just letting you know that your fan base is expanding.

Patrick Bateman says:

You are always allowed to defend yourself with all kind of weapons without having to fear prosecution. Even illegal ones.
It does have to be appropriate, though. As you said. You can't shoot anybody who isn't armed himself, but if somebody threatening you with a gun you are allowed to do anything you want with him. Run him over with your car, shoot him with a bazooka or kill him with throwing stars if that's what you have at hand. You can't get in trouble for it eventhough throwing stars are illegal here in Germany.
That doesn't mean, that you are free to carry all those weapons out in public though. It's still illegal to do so.
BTW: There is a thing everyone can carry in public that's not considered a weapon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1U7TRDFjnFM
and you can get this even professionally made: https://gogun.de/de/category/de-fx-airguns

Klaus Erwin says:

I am not hating on your video, BUT…
There is so much wrong information. (As far as I know)
Please check the German law.

You need to divide the law into three parts.
1. Purchasing
2. Owning at home
3. Carrying on the street

To sum it up: Almost all weapons are NOT allowed to be carried on the street.
(Very few weapons can be owned and carried withing your home)

Allowed weapons to carry are described in §42a WaffG for example.
https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/waffg_2002/__42a.html

!!! A Telescope stick is NOT allowed for carrying, not even for defensive purposes. It will cost you up to 10,000 Euros! (§53 WaffG Sentence 2)

A Taser is absolutely NOT allowed in any way. Where did you get that idea!?
Do not even think about buying a Taser, let alone carry it around on the street.
Only Police Force are are allowed to carry it.

You better not buy or use any kind of knife.
You might get disarmed and the knife will be used against you.
There is really NO way to defend against a knife. NO WAY!
Don't even think about defending against a knife.
All videos on the internet about defending barehanded against a knife are complete BULLSHIT.
You better run away or best don't even get in a risky situation, because you are aware and monitor your surroundings.

Regarding allowed Weapons
-> CS Gas is crap. Don't buy it.
-> Pepper Spray is difficult to handle, especially in a windy zone. Don't buy it.
-> Pepper Foam is even forbidded because there has been cases of death due to suffocation caused by the foam. (Only allowed to be used by Police Forces)
-> Pepper Stream is the only sensible option. Not susceptible to wind. High accuracy. High range (5 meters). No Suffocation.
Another option is a Pepper Gun. I use the Piexon Guardian Angel III. It is small and is intimidating with the optional Laser Pointer.
Since it is declared as a "Tierabwehrgerät" (Animal Repellant Device), it is safe to buy, own and carry it on the street.
Also: Please do NOT use your index finger to press the cap on the pepper can.
Use your thumb instead. You have higher accuracy and better control.

Another close range combat tool is the Kubotan, since it is classified as a key chain trinket.
There MUST be a key ring attached to it and ideally a useless old key.
Otherwise it might be classified as a weapon.

If you have to use the Pepper Stream or Pepper gun in order to DEFEND (not attack!) yourself from harmful beings, might it be an animal or a human being, you MUST call the Police directly afterwards and tell them that you HAD to use the Pepper Spray in order to defend yourself. §32 Strafgesetzbuch (StGB)
You can also use to help others in a dire situation (Nothilfe, Notstand).

It is correct, that you have to use the least dangerous force to fend off an attacker.

Mika L says:

What editing software do you use?? I love how your videos are edited!

NorthObsidianG says:

Yes.. now I can get my wehrmacht on.. with beer!..

TheKerberos84 says:

Das Video ist relativ unstrukuriert, es fällt schwer zu unterscheiden was man als Tourist verwenden bzw. erwerben darf und was nicht. Dazu kommt du hast Softair "Waffen" und Messer ausgelassen.
