In Cali, they would for sure haul you into court(maybe not if your an older senior citizen or disabled) for sure. As with any gun hating liberal state, like the Northeast too.
I'm wondering if someone is hitting you through your car window and you shoot them wouldn't you be going to jail? Maybe this circumstance is unique because of the trial but in general I don't know if that would be considered a deadly threat.
