Driver shoots gunman in self-defense at Chicago gas station – Daily Mail
In shocking surveillance video, taken on April 8 at 4:52pm, Ronald Morales (pictured in the red jacket) approached a man in his car (left) at a BP gas station in Elmwood Park, Illinois. Police say he pulled out his gun but the driver, sensing the danger, pulled out his own firearm (bottom right) and began shooting. The two exchanged gunfire (top right) before Morales ran away and the driver sped off. Morales eventually died from his injuries. Police say they will not be charging the other man because he was acting in self defense.

Here's the thing. There was a big outpouring that the DRIVER, the victim, should be charged. That's how these assholes are in this city. The driver is a armed security guard for employment. That saved him. But I live in a city with a little midget mayor who worries about making this a TRUMP FREE CITY all while thugs are killing 4 or 5 people every day. Don't worry about protecting yourself…..If you get killed they'll look into it. But for his gun, this dude on the vid is a dead man
