I don’t agree with the head lock technique. If your attacker is much bigger
and stronger this won’t work. When studying Chinese Kenpo we learned to
hammer fist the urinary bladder and the kidney at the same time, over and
over until his body forces him to let go. Then follow with a palm strike to
the chin.
Nice, but learn better Kenpo. You need to teach the techniques the propper
way, try incorporating the various philosophies of movement that are
integral to actually delivering or thwarting the attack, rather than just
generic movements.
